Forum Cleaner 3.0.0 has been released.

• Added rule criterion for filtering by thread edit time (fallback to creation time).
  
• Added rule criterion for filtering by thread prefix.
  
• Multiple actions can be selected by rule.
  
• Added option to soft-delete threads instead of permanent delete.
  
• Added option to run a custom thread moderation tool upon affected threads.
