Adds the extraforumpermissions_my_code_url_hidden template for hidden links

Adds new permission Maximum Threads to limit the maximum number of threads users can post

Extra Forum Permissions 2.0.0 has been released.

Enhances the permission Maximum Threads, posting error is now inline, so users can save threads as drafts
Adds new permission Post Flood Time to overwrite the Core->Post Flood Time global permission.
