Use this thread to ask for support for the NewPoints 3 plugin, post suggestions, report bugs, etc.

This thread will also be used to notify about new release and some of the changes in them.

NewPoints 3.1.3 has been released.
  • Fixes fatal error if Plugin Library is not uploaded, showing no warning and thus confusing.
  • Implements MyAlerts integration for core and plugins.
  • Added MyAlerts & Private Message notifications when users receive or lose points.
  • Fixes checkbox type settings which were essentially broken.
  • Fixes check for forum minimum points to view or post.
  • Implements DECIMAL_DATA_TYPE_SIZE & DECIMAL_DATA_TYPE_STEP, see: https://github.com/OUGC-Network/NewPoint..._constants
  • Implement single group and forum settings.
  • Implements <!--NEWPOINTS_POST_USER_DETAILS--> (outputs the postbit template) & <!--NEWPOINTS_POST_USER_POINTS--> (outputs the post user points, formatted) for the postbit_author_user template. See: https://github.com/OUGC-Network/NewPoint...ifications
  • Fixes several warnings or errors.

NewPoints 3.1.5 has been released.
  • Skips alerts if the current user is the same as the alerted user.
  • Add logs to all core points addition and subtractions,
  • Users no longer get INCOME_TYPE_VISIT or INCOME_TYPE_PAGE_VIEW income when viewing error pages
  • The INCOME_TYPE_VISIT and INCOME_TYPE_PAGE_VIEW income now check for forum income rate setting in some areas.
  • Replace forum rules with forum rate setting, this effectively removes forum & group rules from the core and plugin are encouraged to avoid them entirely.
  • Adds a rebuild tool to rebuilt points exclusively based on the logging system data.
  • Adds plugin version check system, supports for third-party plugin repositories.
